Furnaces for acrylic sheet
These air-circulationsovne is designed for heating the thermoplastic sheets (pmma, pvc, ps, pp, pc), regarding. vakuumformning, drying, plastic stabilization, etc.. The ovens are built in steel with a mineralulds isolation on 80-100 mm., the internal chamber is treated with heat resistance of the silicone / aluminates; the outer surface is treated with a polyurethane-based product.
Strong horizontal air ventilation with one or more electric fans with recirculation. Electrical relays prevents overheating.
At a panel for temperature and operations management is located 2 thermo-regulators, where it is possible to set temperatures (1 for managing and 1 for safety reasons,).
Pull-out plate is made of stainless steel (can be ordered coated with Teflon )

The sliding door in the front is operated by foot pedal, has pneumatic opening, gaskets in silicone, security system with photocell.
Doors can also be supplied as manual sliding doors or swing doors.

Furnaces for acrylic
Termoformning / thermoforming of plastic are used among others for guards, curved signs, curved pipes and much more. Items by thermoforming heated in a furnace to slow it becomes soft. After cooling in a mold the plastic will retain its new shape. The method is very suitable for Acrylic , polycarbonate, PVC og polystyrene.
